I love my job. I work with beautiful people on one of the happiest days of their lives (yes, weddings can be stressful but my brides rock.  Things go wrong and they giggle about it, I'm not kidding). And I get invited to document these days start to finish. It could be argued that I feel too much (the reason I can't watch 95% of films because I empathize to the point of pain), but I think it comes in handy on wedding days. The anticipation, the butterflies, that moment when you see yourself all dressed up and realize what's really happening, the soft excited whispers and tears when you see each other for the first time. I get to watch it all unfold and hopefully capture it in such a way to you remember those exact feelings when you see the images. 
So for 8-10 hours, I keep both eyes on two individuals. We spend a lot of time together. And let me just say that every time I looked at Eric, he was looking at Maytal. This boy was head to toes captivated by this beautiful girl. And every time I looked at Maytal, I could tell that she felt it -- felt beautiful and loved and cherished.  
Two months before their wedding Maytal wrote to ask if I would shoot film alongside digital for their wedding day. Obviously...
I love my job.
