I had a dream last night that it was Winter in Ohio and I was slipping all over the place as I typically do if there's any amount of moisture on the ground. While I'm excited to experience the "seasons" of the West Coast, I do find myself longing for sweaters and hot apple cider these October days. Last night I made soup and we've got plans to go apple picking (even if we're wearing shorts while doing it). Regardless of my current temperature, this shoot with Ginger + Birch of Grilled Grilled Cheest and Dairy Free Tomato Soup (which was featured in the third volume of Hearth Magazine), remains one of my favorites.
