It's always fun to know the same people in different places. Ben and Mike attended the MFA program at OSU a few years back and now these Midwest boys are thriving on the West Coast. Mike is the co-creator of the Disney XD show, Kirby Buckets, that Ben is now working on (the catalyst to our cross-country move!). Mike and his super-sweet wife Julie were kind enough to spend a sacred Saturday morning on the beach with me asking them to throw and chase and bench press their children in the 90 degree heat. Could these gals be any cuter?
