An uncharacteristic Saturday afternoon blog post - we're getting ready to leave for Italy on Monday (!!!!!), and I couldn't wait to share these photos with our good friends. If their being from the south wasn't enough for me to instantly love Gene and Betsy, their smock-dressed, curly-blonde-headed children would have done it. I had such a blast hanging out with Keeny and Knox and their Tennessee cousins, Drews and Kate -- a late afternoon playhouse, bed-jumping, sprinkler-running, Popsicle extravaganza is my idea of a fabulous photo session. What a fun opportunity to capture families in the midst of their beautiful every day lives. So grateful for your friendship, B&G!
