If you don't follow SF GIrl By Bay chances are that you've been living under a rock (and therefore likely aren't reading this either). Victoria Smith -- designer and curator extraordinaire -- was a front-runner in the blogging world, setting the digital media bar quite high for those that followed. She provides daily inspirational content, showcases beautiful interiors, home tours, and recently published a book : See San Francisco : Through The Lens of SF Girl By Bay
This Spring the San Franciscan has moved south and now graces the city of Angeles -- follow along as she renovates her new home and explores her new city. I've had the pleasure of photographing local shops, restaurants and sites for her blog which has given me the opportunity to meet some of the city's finest creatives and small business owners. I leave each space encouraged by their passion and challenged by their hard work. The experience has made the city feel a bit smaller and reminded me of the people behind each brand and venture. Cheers to you, L.A.

a day in l.a. with mini style blog and yolk
got a little one in L.A.? You don't want to miss our new collaboration with YOLK + Mini Style Blog touring the city's hidden gems one neighborhood at a time. First up we explore Silver Lake with little kids .
This was the first day that Ruth has ever been excited about getting her photo taken. Girl hammmmmmed it up. "Mama, how about a picture right here?" And these stairs were a perfect place to play and pose -- she could explore and I could photograph as she jumped from step to step. I've started a new folder on my computer, too : ruth out-takes. I'll share more soon so you can see just how entertaining the process can be.
louis louise for mini style blog | tiny editorial
Parisian clothing company louis louise has quickly become one of my favorite shops for tiny apparel. Their SS15 line is lovely, sweet, gentle and adventurous all at once. It's all the wonderful of old southern belle with a modern take. We took some threads for a stroll around the neighborhood for Mini Style and Ruth loved each ensemble more than the last.
