Remember Adam & Christine? Meet Theo, their beautiful new baby boy. Once you get your hands on those squishy cheeks and that raven hair, you won't want to give him back to his momma. I've never seen a baby that seems so perfectly a combination of his mom & dad; half & half of each! And how cute is his nursery? Just for fun, let's start with Theo's "before" portrait.
I visited these handsome boys at 4 weeks and it was so much fun to watch Mom & Dad juggle these sweet twin boys like professionals! Drew & Logan tottered in and out of sleep, but after 2 hours we were able to get them snoozing at the same time and I think it was well worth the wait. Isn't Sarah a beautiful new mom?! Thank you guys for allowing me to come into your home (and completely rearrange things!); so happy for your beautiful new family!
Behind the Scenes: I think I did the least amount of work during the shoot...
I can't even begin to tell you what a little miracle Baby Henry is; his early entrance into the world took his sweet parents, Joe & Josie, down a frightening path as his first three months were spent in the NICU. I am unable to accurately express the emotion, the heartache, the pain that they must have felt but they graciously shared a bit of their journey on a blog as a means to update their friends and family and share specific prayer requests. That's all most of us could do -- pray. I see Joe, Josie & their too-adorable-you-have-to-squeeze-son, Jude every week as they're leading the Grace Central Grandview church plant that Ben & I attend. Last week, months after he was born, was the first time I was able to meet baby Henry and my heart was so full and so humbled to finally see that healthy little baby smiling up at us. I was honored to spend the morning with such a beautiful, joyful family. How cute are they with their little rolled up jeans?
