Copyright and Licensing:
Photographer (Lily Glass) is the copyright owner of all images (including, but not limited to, photographs, digital negatives, and prints) and maintains the current and future right to use all images for publication and promotional use both in print and online.

Client has the option to purchase digital negatives or images from Photographer for an additional fee.  Photographer will only grant Client a license to use images after full payment for finished photographs and edited images has been received.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit to hold the date and pay for the photographer’s shooting and editing time. This fee includes an online image gallery for viewing and download if applicable. The full payment is due by (DATE) and is required before image delivery.

Should the session need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please do so with as much notice as possible. If client and photographer are able to agree upon a rescheduled date, no penalty. If the session is rescheduled more than two time, such circumstance will be considered a cancellation and the sesion fee will be forfeited and not refunded. with less than 48 hours notice, Client will pay Photographer ½ of the session fee. Client agrees to provide at least 24 hours notice if it is necessary to reschedule due to illness. In addition, should Client request to reschedule more than two times, such circumstance will be considered a cancellation and the session fee will be forfeited and will not be refunded

Purchase of Digital Products:

Photographer will provide Client with images in approximately 7-10 business days after the session.  All edited images will be uploaded onto a personalized online gallery, and Photographer will provide Client with a hyperlink to view images.  Images will remain in the online gallery for three months from the date Client is provided with the hyperlink.

Client may purchase the hi-resolution of digital images to be used for personal promotion purposes. Should the client shop out the images to a third party, or be approached by a third party to use the images, there will be a per image usage and reprint fee of $150 as well as image resizing if necessary.

Copyright:

All photographic materials, including but not limited to unedited RAW files and edited JPGs, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, social media marketing, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographers website, studio, etc. If the Photographer desires to make other uses, the Photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the permission of the Client. It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the Photographer.  Client has the responsibility to notify Photographer if photographs should not be published online for legal, privacy, safety, or other reasons.

Guarantee/Liability:

Photographer takes great care in capturing, transporting and preserving the images of your session. All photography equipment is maintained to industry standards, and digital negatives are uploaded and stored on multiple hard drives following the event. In the unlikely occurrence that images are lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons outside Photographer’s control, Client’s sole remedy shall be the return of all payment received for the package.  Photographer’s liability will be limited to the total amount of payment received from Client as of the date images were damaged. Photographer is not liable for any outstanding balance owed by Client.
