Meet baby Claire. During our session Nick looked at his watch and mentioned that Claire was now exactly two weeks old and I'm pretty sure her sweet momma started to tear up. Nick and Michelle were constantly looking at each other in wonder; their love for that new baby girl was obvious and so beautiful. If Nick would step out of the room, it wasn't long before Michelle would holler for him to come back so they could giggle at their little girl together - they were a blast. Claire is the first grand-baby for each set of grandparents and so, I suspect, will be adequately spoiled, as she should be. Her nursery is a perfect pink, decorated with a number of whimsical birds and old illustrations from Michelle's grandmother. The two-week old babe has more hats than most 50-year old women I know which well made up for the froo-froo that I've been missing with all my handsome baby boys.
