Lovin' Love - Photo Contest!

March has arrived... Spring is just around the corner... Love is in the air... and weddings are being planned! I'm giddy from my head to my toes about my 2011 Bride and Grooms. This year's couples are so genuine, so creative and so in love. I want to spread some love by giving YOU a chance to show these couples how excited you are for their upcoming nuptials! My first three couples braved some chilly winter days to take some fabulous engagement photos and to show them how proud I am, I'm giving away one free 16x20 gallery wrap canvas print of their choice from their engagement session! But the winner is up to YOU. (You can learn more about each couple by following the links below.) The deets: Leave a comment below including the Bride and Groom's name, expressing what you love about the couple and why you're excited to see them tie the knot! Couples and their families are allowed to comment as well but please only one comment per person and you must post the comment on this post or I may not see it! Feel free to post a link to facebook, twitter or your own blog, promoting the couple of your choice and getting your friends to comment as well.

BUT WAIT! It's a contest within a contest. (Did I just blow your mind?!) One lucky commentator will be the recipient of a $15 iTunes gift card... that's right, big monies to to get'chu some serious springtime soundtrack. So be as cute, clever, tender and funny as possible because the iTunes gift card goes to my most favorite comment. Now, tell us how much you love these couples in love!

Christa & Adam Lifestyle[d] Love Shoot

Adam was one of Ben's college room mates back at our dear alma mater, Union University. It's impossible to be around the two of them and keep a straight face. Christa lived in the dorm room across from me and we got to know each other one summer when we both worked at Winshape Camps - she as a lifeguard and I as a pottery instructor. Her love for life is contagious the minute you meet her. I knew and loved Adam and Christa individually and when I heard they were dating, I couldn't think of a better fit (and yes, I made that quite clear when their relationship status changed on facebook). They're both fun loving, athletic, spontaneous, genuine people - the instant you meet them, you want to know them better. Ben joined me for the afternoon which was a blast - he had no trouble keeping Adam & Christa cracking up during the entire shoot. [Photos of Ben's assistantship to come]. Once again the weatherman overshot his prediction by about 20 degrees but that didn't stop this couple from wanting to jump into the fa-reeezing water. I couldn't believe it. I was wimping out in my 5 layers of clothing and gloves while they were walking around in flip flops. Just as we decided on a place to jump in, though, the park was closing for the night - thankfully we were able to meet again the following day with some sunshine this time. Fifty degrees is still pretty cold for a leisurely dip in the pond, if you ask me. Their reactions were absolutely priceless.
