[My husband] Ben and Clayton entered the Creative Writing M.F.A. program at Ohio State the same year back in 2009. At the same time Megan and I packed our belongings (and extra socks), followed the men and made the transition from Tennessee and Missouri (respectively), to white winters and endless writerly hangouts. *Fun fact, Megan introduced me to Pinterest, saying she had a feeling that this would take off with young women planning their weddings… #rightonthemoney

Two of the kindest folks you'll meet, Megan and Clayton have a way of making everyone feel welcome and at ease, like you're the only person in the room. Their genuine friendship was exemplified with guests that they cherished from every stage of life, who had traveled from all over the country to celebrate these two. And after what seemed a Winter with no end, Spring sprang just in time for their special day! They were married in their beloved St. Louis at The Palmer House in Tower Grove, a park which they often frequent and where Clayton popped the question during one of their regular runs.
